Lisa Wong comes from a family of restauranteurs, so it was a natural fit that she would become a food truck entrepreneur. Her love of street food, animals, and her passion for feeding people is what drives this orange truck!
We are inspired by seasonal and local produce, and taking cuisine from around the world and adding our own plant based twist to it!

When Natalie met Lisa in 2016 they instantly became best friends!
Natalie has been a vegetarian her entire life + vegan since about 2016. She couldn't be more excited + proud to be a part of such a badass plant based female-run business. She is the event coordinator, baker, graphic designer, & social media boo for the Big Booty Judy food truck, as well as co-owner of VegFest Colorado!
